Regan says, “I hadn’t long started my apprenticeship in plumbing and gas fitting and came to realize rather quickly that plumbers didn’t always have such a good name. They were often rude, many untrustworthy, and failed to offer transparency and value for money.
It was also very common for plumbers to turn up late, if at all, and once they did with their backsides hanging out of their trousers.
So Regan says, “this wasn’t so great, however it seemed obvious to Regan from a very young age, there would be a wonderful opportunity to change this perception people had about plumbers. Regan passionately wanted people to believe that plumbers were professionals, and weren’t just rough, untidy, tradesman.”
So, Regency Plumbing began and has never looked back since.
